WARRANTYOur Guarantee is all items are covered under DesignsbyChristina warranty. If your item breaks, bends, or if a bead crack, or is the item is damaged in any way that does not involve bead loss, we will repair the piece or replace it free of charge. If the item breaks and there is bead loss, we will work on getting it repaired or replacing the item at a reduced cost, depending on the extent of the bead loss. I carefully package and ship each item to ensure that the item(s) arrive with no damage, and if there is damage, I will repair it or replace the item at no charge.
